Personalised Kits

All Modern Scribe kits (that accompany enrolment on one of our courses) come with free UK delivery.

Advent Calendars

Both of our Calligraphy Advent Calendars come with free UK delivery.

All Calligraphy Advent Calendars will be dispatched at the end of November, and are guaranteed to arrive before the first day of Advent on the 1st December.

Student Shop Items

The Student Shop opens seasonally and is only accessible to Modern Scribe students. Dispatch times vary depending on the item. Some products are available for immediate dispatch, while others are marked as pre-order; this will always be clearly stated on each product page.

If your order contains both immediate-dispatch and pre-order items, everything will be sent together once the pre-order items are ready. If you’d like the in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place them in a separate order.

During busy shop periods, preparation time is typically 3–5 working days before dispatch. Delivery then depends on the postage option selected:

  • Tracked 24 (Express): 1 working day

  • Tracked 48 (Standard): 2–3 working days

Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery (2–3 working days).

International Orders

We currently ship worldwide from the UK. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:

  • Europe: 5–7 working days

  • USA: 7–10 working days

  • Rest of World: 10–14 working days

Please note that for orders to Canada, Royal Mail flights are currently suspended. This means international parcels cannot leave the UK at present; we will resume normal service as soon as possible.

Customs officials in each destination country may occasionally hold parcels for inspection, which can cause additional delays. These checks are beyond our control, and once a parcel has entered customs, we’re unable to expedite its release.

Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance times, which vary by country.
